Monaco Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors located in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data collected and purposes
Enquiry form
When you complete the form: your name, the contact method you choose (telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email) and your details, your search criteria (type of property, budget, timing), the property concerned, the page and language of the enquiry, and where applicable the origin of your visit (ad click identifier and campaign parameters).
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and assist you in your search. Basis: your request and the consent you give by ticking the form’s checkbox.
WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone and email
If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, you leave this site: those services apply their own privacy policies. We use your messages only to reply to you.
Artificial intelligence tools
To handle enquiries faster and more precisely, we may use artificial intelligence tools, developed by or for Petrini or supplied by specialised providers: sorting and qualifying an enquiry, preparing a selection of properties, drafting a reply, and analysing interest in our properties to improve our communications and marketing. A member of our team always reviews before anything is sent, and no decision with legal effects on you is taken automatically. Providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf.
Regulatory checks
If a transaction goes ahead, Law No. 1.362 requires us to verify your identity and the source of funds. These documents are never requested on this site; they are collected later and kept for the period set by that law.
Technical logs
The host records connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the site secure.
Marketing and newsletter
If you tick the box provided, we use your contact details to send you our private selection, properties matching your criteria and our news, by email or messaging. Basis: your consent, separate from your enquiry and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each message or by writing to us. Without this box, your details are used only to reply to your enquiry.
Retention periods
- Enquiries and exchanges: one year from our last contact, extended with each new contact.
- Regulatory verification documents: the period set by Law No. 1.362.
- Marketing and newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Technical logs: 12 months.

Recipients
Your data is intended for the Petrini Exclusive Real Estate team. It is never sold or rented. Our service providers access it only as needed for their work:
- Hostinger, website hosting;
- Google, audience measurement and ad measurement, only if you accept;
- Prismaze Monaco, website design and maintenance, with technical access to its administration.
- Providers of artificial intelligence and messaging tools, for the uses described above.
Data transfers
Google may process some data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
Necessary cookies work without your consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only after you choose, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at contact@petrini.mc or at our postal address. We reply within one month.
You may also contact the Monaco personal data protection authority (Autorité de protection des données personnelles, APDP) or, if you live in the European Union, the authority of your country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to its administration is restricted and its data is backed up regularly.
